Digital advice platform opens Sydney office – Financial Standard
A provider of automated investment solutions is opening an Australian office to meet the growing demand for digital financial advice.
With a newly established office in Sydney, Quantifeed will leverage local software engineering talent to grow its offering. It is currently working with 10 institutions in the Asia Pacific region.
The company believes the findings from the Royal Commission will ensure demand for digital advice solutions in Australia grows.
“In the coming years, we see a great opportunity for financial institutions to deploy digital wealth solutions in response to growing customer expectations for transparent and reasonably priced wealth management,” Quantifeed senior executive, strategic partnerships Graeme Brant said.
The new office is led by Brant and senior software engineer Lars Bischoff. A further six employees will staff the new office.
“Australia has a deep pool of tech engineering talent which brings both experience and innovation to our development team. Recent additions to our team will provide seamless connectivity to our clients’ existing systems and to develop functionality that differentiates Quantifeed,” Bischoff said.
“The reliability and performance of our institutional-grade platform is a technological edge that many other fintech companies struggle to match.”
Quantifeed was founded in Hong Kong in 2013. The Sydney location is the company’s third office, in addition to Hong Kong and Singapore.
